I gave this to my husband as a gift and he absolutely loves it. It is small and compact and does not take up much room. He loves the hands-free aspect and the sound is GREAT. He can hear every detail while on the phone.
The headset is a must. I love this phone. Works great.mute is simple to deal with and has a decent range.My only complaint about this product compared to the previous one I had is that you can't have it on the charger while in use.it hangs up. I had an older plantronics headset for years but it finally wore out. I work from home quite a bit and am using the phone for meetings frequently. This limits the time you can use the phone without charging though to this point I've not hit that limit even after 2 hour calls.Oh, the other problem I have noticed is that when receiving a call my Linksys wireless router will disconnect. Not an issue when placing calls though.
I use this phone all day every day for over a year. It's exceptional. I paid roughly $80 thru Amazon so the current price suspect
I am very satisfied with the phone, I can put it in my pocket, I can press the buttons very easily. It is comfortable. It's great.
It was pretty easy to set up and use and the day to day usefulness is pretty good.
